About Us
Our Story
Mr. Paul Kearney began his career in 1984 as a welder and ship builder. As the years progressed, he added multiple complimentary crafts to his skill set to broaden his ability to contribute from all aspects of the industrial development process. In 2014, Mr. Kearney walked away from the shipyards to start his own company Eagle Marine Contracting, that provided a diverse list of crafts to shipyards and industrial facilities nationwide. In early 2020, Eagle Marine shut down due to the Covid pandemic. In 2024, he was determined to ramp up again under Kearney Industrial, to once again provide high quality contract services to shipyards and industrial facilities to help customers accelerate production and specialized tiger teams to meet tight deadlines.

Paul Kearney's years of experience in the field and as an independent consultant allow him to evaluate the number and type of personnel needed on all industrial sites to maximize production and efficiency to ensure completion within provided time lines and budget.

Mr. Trey McCormick is our National Operations Manager. Mr. McCormick has worked in the industrial and shipyard industries providing skilled craft workers for the last 15 years. He is a 3rd generation shipyard worker as his father was President of Atlantic Marine Buddy McCormick. He has consistently proved his ability as a top notch class recruiter and project manager with a client-first mentality.
